Returns

Due to hygiene considerations, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or requests to receive a different style. We kindly recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible at hello@aatchoue.com with photo and/or video proof.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when it was received.

  • All components, including tool kits, must remain unused and intact.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.
